REBORetail
REBO offers retailers a fully integrated retail system, REBORetail, featuring key retail functions, including customer information system, forecasting, billing, accounts receivables, volumetric risk management and management reports. The system also incorporates automated interfaces with the retailer, utilities and ISO’s.
REBORetail was developed from the bottom up specifically for energy retailers by experienced retail back office people. It is not based on a utility system that has been modified for energy retailers.
REBORetail manages all key retail functions allowing the retailer to concentrate on selling and customer service.
REBORetail is built around our robust customer information system which provides a single source of data for all functions as shown in Figure I1. Each of the key functions is described in detail in its own section on the website.
REBO’s systems use an SQL database housed on REBO’s servers and are accessed through a secure website. Systems and data are backed up daily on-site with weekly off-site backup. The REBO server room is PCI compliant with electronic locks and video surveillance.
