Operations Evaluation
Retailers may inadvertently take on risk through their operating structure. REBO has worked with both retailers and wholesalers over the past decade and has seen many operational issues both within the retailers operation and between the retailer and his wholesale supplier and we can bring that experience to your operations not only to assess issues and risks within your current operations but also to offer solutions.
Systems Evaluation
Just as your operations can have hidden risks, so to can your systems. Whether through incomplete data processing and management, lack of integration, or missing components, hidden risks may already exist in your systems. We can bring both our system development experience and our experience evaluating retailer systems to you. That experience allows us to identify issues and holes in your current systems, assess the associated risk, and offer solutions.
System Selection
REBO can provide a stand-alone service or work with your project management team to select and implement a new system that meets your needs. System Implementation
System implementation has two major components: systems integration and user acceptance testing. Whether you choose REBO’s fully integrated retailer system or one of our services, we can integrate with your CIS, accounting, billing, and/or risk management systems.
REBO can automate the production of output files from your systems and import of files and reports into your system. Automating these functions reduces your labor costs, removes the chance of operator error in importing and exporting files, and assures files are available when needed.
Adding functionality should not mean adding work or creating problems. Careful and close integration of new systems with your existing systems will reduce both overhead and risk. For example, you’ve added a forecasting system, but it has its own customer database that is different from that used by your billing system, leaving you with two sets of data to maintain. This means more work by IT and analysts as your customer base grows and you expand into new territories, and small differences that were inconsequential initially become major management problems that are difficult and expensive to solve.
